Redeemed is a worship ministry passionate about seeing people encounter Jesus. Through worship, prayer, and the proclamation of the Gospel, our desire, is to create space for people to experiece God's precense, respond to His Love, and grow as deciples of Christ.
We exist to raise and build up the next generation of deciples while creating spaces where everyone, young and old, can worship, encounter God, and experience the Power of the Holy Spirit.
We create Christ centered music, tour, and partner with venues and churches to lead worship nights and events. Through the Gospel, worship, and spirit led ministry, our desire is to see people encounter Jesus, experience the power of the Holy Spirit, and be equiped to live for His Kingdom.
Redeemed was born out of a shared love for Jesus and a passion to lead others into His presence. We all met while serving on the worship team at our home church, Calvary Chapel Redeeming Grace, were God united us through a common calling to write worship music.
Our journey began in the most unexpected place - a church led Thanksgiving potluck. Gathered in a backyard with nothing more than a guitar and hearts aligned with the Lord's, we wrote our first song, "God's Eyes." We never imagined that a song written that day would be the beginning of a ministry that would lead us to worship in churches and cities beyong our own.
Looking back, it's clear that God was writing a story far bigger than we could have planned. What came together so quickly wasn't by coincidence-it was the Lord faithfully opening doors and guiding each step.
Today, our hearts remain the same as it was from the beginning: to glorify Jesus, make Him known, and see lives transformed through worship, the Gospel, and the Power of the Holy Spirit. While we have a special passion for reaching the next generation, our prayer is that people of every age would encounter Jesus and discover the hope, freedom, and life found only in Him.
Hi, I’m Matthew, the lead vocalist of Redeemed.
Lead vocals • GuitarFirst I want to say, Jesus changed my life and gave me true hope, and purpose. One of the greatest passions God has placed on my heart is reaching the next generation with both His love and His power. Discovering that we have access to the same Holy Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead changed everything for me. I’ve seen God heal, restore, deliver, and move in incredible ways, that only He can and it gave me a desire to help others encounter Him for themselves. Everything I do with Redeemed is for Jesus and for the people He loves. A little about me: I was born and raised in Chicago and moved to El Paso in 2019. I still love visiting Chicago and spending time with friends there whenever I can. Growing up, I was a huge Michael Jackson fan and even tried to dance like him as a kid. I’m also a lifelong Chicago Bears fan, and Walter Payton is the reason 34 is still my favorite number today. For a long time, becoming a UFC fighter was a dream of mine, and I still enjoy practicing MMA and watching UFC. Some random facts I’m left-handed, I can do a backflip. A big Highlight in my life is I recently got engaged to my beautiful fiancée, Natalia. I am incredibly grateful for the way God has been writing our story, and I’m excited to see what He has planned for our future together. Favorite Bible Verse: “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.” Luke 4:18-19

Electric Guitar • KeysHey, what’s up, my name is Ethan. Maybe you haven’t seen a whole bunch of me on Redeemed; that’s because I took a leave to go around the world and the US to share the good news of Jesus, which I believe is essential to our Christian faith. I also believe we can do that through worship; that is why I’m so passionate about sharing Jesus' love with others through Scripture and by worshiping together with the church. Ever since I was little, the Lord made a special place in my heart for music. Eventually, I got reeled into my local worship band before I even knew Jesus, and that was one of the factors that led me to know Him more. I believe the Lord can do the same for anyone, so you would come to know and experience Him through worship! I believe worship is a fundamental to our Christian lives. I believe true worship is done by receiving the Holy Spirit and adopting a heart posture of love and humility toward God, by being grounded in His true word.

BassFirst and foremost, Jesus Christ has turned my life around and put me on a path that I am ready to walk on. I was never really into music for what is truly is. I would listen to whatever was popular just to fit in, and eventually took a complete turn and cut music out for the majority of my life. Music had stayed out of my life for nearly 4 years, where I rediscovered worship. I was raised a Christian, believing what I was taught, but I let it sit there, I become lukewarm, and eventually forgot about it until moving to El Paso, where worship was brought back into my life, and I put Christ back in the Center. I eventually became friends with the members of the worship team and got heavily involved learning how to mix and run the sound system at church. God was moving fast, turning a hobby into a passion, friends into a family, and I am so grateful to be apart of it. Since running back to the Father, this verse has stuck with me, being an anchor in my life: "Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God." - 1 John 4:7 ESV

Electric GuitarMy name is Niko Morse. I am 17 years old, born and raised in El Paso, Texas, and I grew up in a Christian home. My dad is a pastor at our church. I play electric guitar and sometimes lead worship at our church, and I love serving and worshiping Jesus. Before our band started, though, I was lost and living like the world. But when we started our band, I began to see what God wanted for my life. I met some of the best people in my life at our church, and that’s where I met the band. They were always there for me and loved me in a way that no one else ever had. They bring so much joy into my life, and in their own crazy way, they showed me what it looks like to do ministry in different churches and what it truly means to love and live for Jesus.

DrumsHey, I’m Nathan and I’m the drummer for Redeemed. I bring a passion for worship and a heart for creativity to Redeemed. As the band’s drummer, I help drive the sound while also contributing to songwriting and musical arrangements. After discovering music through worship, I found a way to use my gifts to point people toward Jesus. For me, the most powerful part of playing with Redeemed is seeing the Spirit move through the music and watching worship become something more than just a song. I grew up in El Paso as a pastor’s kid, with church, worship, and God always being a huge part of my life. As I got older, I went through seasons of deep loss and hurt, losing my grandmother and later my Tio to addiction, which caused me to become angry with God and drift from Him. I felt empty, hopeless, and like I had no purpose. One night, He led me to someone who needed prayer, and in that moment, He opened my eyes to His love for me and for others. Since then, my fire for God has grown stronger than ever, and through Redeemed, I get to worship, write music, and watch God move in places I never imagined. Looking back, I can see God’s hands through it all. “Consider the birds of the sky: They don’t sow or reap or gather into barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you worth more than they?” Matthew 6:26
